Dutch painter Piet Mondrian was famous for his abstract arrangements of brightly coloured squares, such as Composition with Red, Blue, and Yellow, which he completed in 1930. The Khan Academy's analysis of Mondrian's painting suggests it revealed his "determination to depict the underlying structure of reality". This, on the other hand, is just a painting of a window with some stuff arranged on the sill.
